My stay was perfect for exploring the local attractions. The view from my Superior Double Room was just amazing, and waking up to it made my mornings very nice. I spent my time strolling along the lovely promenade nearby, which connected me to the beautiful sandy beach just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was varied and plentiful, playing a key role in making my mornings good as I enjoyed a wide range of options.

We got a room with a spa bath.

Limited free parking posed a challenge, often leading to a scramble for spaces. An odd smell lingered in the hallways, less than ideal, though thankfully it didn't reach the room. Breakfast, while abundant and appealing, was on the pricey side at €12 a head.

Enjoyed our stay, 15min drive to Ferryport at Santurzi. Excellent value for money with lovely rooms, also secure garage parking and 15 min walk along beach to bar's and restaurants.
Only One minor thing, breakfast poor.

The hotel is comfortable, beautiful, elegant and everything is very clean. Its staff takes care of everything from the first to the last to offer the best attention and service. . The double room is very spacious and very complete, in terms of equipment to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Very bright, perfect temperature and very comfortable bed . They fulfilled to a greater extent the requests made during the reservation . The breakfast is unbeatable in terms of variety and quality. Careful attention.. Restaurant and its menu too, very good. Special mention to the attention of a nice waiter, Salva, who attended us perfectly and livened up the evening with his good mood. Although I would like to point out that the attention was excellent in general. . Beautiful environment and with a special charm. . A wonderful taste for an ideal getaway. We will repeat for sure. THANK YOU!

The hotel was spotless with friendly efficient staff who provided us with superb breakfasts. Our room was a nice size and well-appointed and had 2 single beds or 1 queen size bed. The location was nice, and we could reach Brazomar Beach by walking. There was a good restaurant, a bazaar and stores next door.

Cafeteria staff are very good and the cafe menu is good and reasonably priced. Rooms on 4th floor have great views of the beach and are quiet.
Las Rocas is not a beach hotel. It is very near a beach, across small 2 roads, but it more a town centre style hotel that happens to be near a beach. This location is perfectly acceptable but you should be aware of what you are paying for. Ignore hotel brochure picture as hotel surrounded by residential blocks. Our room on 1st floor was noisy as over public rooms. No car parking on site and roads around hotel pay to park. Garage Euro8/night but began to be a pain tracking back and forth when you want something out of the car.

Is it really that good? My take
The location was perfect! Spacious and comfortable rooms with sea views. Breakfast was plentiful with many options available.
Staff responsiveness was inconsistent during service, a bit frustrating at times. There were minor cleanliness issues in some common areas, too.

Have stayed before, good large rooms, sea views, close to the beach but not far from the town, good local bars nearby. Secure car park at 8 euro a night. Breakfast is good and the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Handy for the ferries
